    • If you're on desktop, you’ll see the RSVP button right in the top menu.

    • If you’re on mobile, tap the menu button (☰) in the upper right corner — the RSVP button will be listed there.

    Simply fill out the form, hit submit, and you’re all set! 💌

  • We kindly ask that you please RSVP by April 20th, 2025 so we can finalize all the details. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 💕

  • Absolutely! You're welcome to bring a plus one to the wedding!

    Due to venue capacity, we kindly ask that each invited individual limit their plus one to one adult guest. We are delighted to include the children of our invited guests in the celebration as well.

  • We wish we could accommodate everyone, but we have to finalize all the details, such as - seating chart, catering number, vendor details after the RSVP deadline. We won't be able to make changes to the guest list post the RSVP deadline

  • We kindly ask guests to dress in cocktail attire. Think semi-formal — suits, dress shirts, and ties for gentlemen, and cocktail dresses or dressy separates for ladies. We can’t wait to see you looking your best! ✨

  • Both the Ceremony and Reception will be held Outdoors and we anticipate warm weather at Park Winters in July, so please dress accordingly. We’re hoping for beautiful skies and a lovely evening under the stars!✨

  • The weather in mid-July in Winters, California is typically warm, dry, and sunny. You can expect daytime temperatures in the mid-80s to low 90s°F (around 29–33°C), with cooler evenings as the sun sets. We recommend wearing light, breathable fabrics, and bringing a light layer just in case it gets breezy in the evening. ☀️

Travel & Accommodation:

  • If you are traveling from outside Northern California, we will be providing overnight accommodation at Downtown Winters California. Details will be emailed once we have a confirmed count of RSVP post the deadline date.

  • To allow our guests the most flexibility in their travel plans, we will not be providing transportation to and from the venue.

  • The exact address for Park Winters is 27850 Co Rd 26, Winters, CA 95694 and is an ~33 min drive from Sacramento International Airport via I-5 N and Co Rd 27 or is an ~ 90 mins drive from San Francisco International Airport via I-80 E

  • Yes, there is parking available at the venue.
